Verified Nile Students Only

Every account on CampusRun — buyer or courier — is created with a Nile University student ID email, like 241090042@nileuniversity.edu.ng. There's no anonymous sign-up path. The person delivering your order, or the person you're delivering to, is a fellow Nile student — not a stranger off campus.

Payment Holding, Not Instant Payout

Payments are processed through Paystack, Nigeria's leading payment gateway — CampusRun never sees or stores your card details. When you pay for an order, that money stays with the platform until the delivery is actually confirmed. The courier is only paid out once you've entered your delivery confirmation code — not the moment they accept the job. If a delivery fails due to a platform issue, a wrong or damaged order, or a duplicate payment, the refund goes back to your CampusRun wallet.

Delivery Confirmation Code

Every order generates a unique code, visible only to you in the app. When your courier arrives, you hand over that code to confirm you actually received your delivery. That single action is what closes out the order and releases the courier's payment — so no one gets paid for a delivery that never happened.

Two-Way Ratings, With Real Consequences

Buyers and couriers rate each other after every delivery, and it's not just decorative. A courier rating below 3 stars counts as a strike. Three strikes triggers a temporary suspension from courier duties, and serious misconduct — theft, harassment — results in a permanent ban from the platform.
