Welcome to CampusRun. By using our platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform. These Terms govern the use of services provided by CampusRun, including food delivery, parcel delivery, courier services, and any related features available on the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use the platform, users must: have a functional student identification; provide accurate account information; and use the platform only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Services Provided
CampusRun acts as a technology platform connecting Customers, Vendors/Restaurants/Shops, and Couriers/Dispatch Riders. We are not directly responsible for the preparation of food, quality of products, or actions of independent couriers.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices displayed may change without notice. Payments may be made through supported payment methods on the platform. Orders cannot be canceled once preparation or delivery has started unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be issued for failed delivery due to platform issues, wrong or damaged orders, or duplicate payment. Refund approval is at the discretion of CampusRun.
5. Delivery Policy
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary. Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Couriers may contact customers during delivery. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients may result in extra charges.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the platform fraudulently, abuse couriers or support staff, create fake orders, or attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform. Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
7. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must provide accurate menu/product information, maintain proper hygiene and quality standards, prepare orders within reasonable time, and comply with applicable food and business laws.
8. Courier Responsibilities
Couriers must deliver orders professionally and safely, handle packages and food properly, and avoid tampering with customer orders. Repeated complaints may lead to removal from the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, software, designs, and content on the platform belong to CampusRun and may not be copied or used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
CampusRun is not liable for vendor product quality issues, actions of third-party service providers, or losses resulting from misuse of the platform. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. Settlement applies to orders within the ₦10,000 range.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users, vendors, or couriers who violate these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We may collect: name, phone number, email address, delivery address, device and usage data, and live location data (for delivery tracking). Payment processing is handled entirely by a third-party provider (Paystack) — CampusRun does not collect or store your payment information.
2. How We Use Information
Your information may be used to: process orders, coordinate deliveries, improve platform performance, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and send important updates and notifications.
3. Location Data
If enabled, we may collect real-time location data from customers and couriers to track deliveries, improve dispatch efficiency, and provide estimated arrival times. Users may disable location permissions, but some features may not function properly.
4. Payment Security
Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment providers. CampusRun does not store full card details on our servers unless required by law or payment compliance standards.
5. Data Sharing
We may share limited information with couriers, payment processors (Paystack), and legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain user data only as long as necessary for service operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
7. User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Submit requests to support@campusrun.online. We will respond within 24hrs.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and report any suspicious activity immediately.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
Operational Rules

1. Customer Rules
• Customers must provide accurate addresses and contact details.
• Customers should be available to receive orders.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or fake complaints are prohibited.
• Respectful behavior toward couriers is mandatory.
• The total order amount is capped at ₦10,000 per order.
2. Courier Rules
• Couriers must maintain professionalism.
• Orders should not be opened or tampered with.
• Couriers must follow assigned routes where applicable.
• Reckless driving or unsafe conduct is prohibited.
• A maximum of 5 active orders at a time is allowed per courier.
3. Platform Rules
• Any attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or payments is prohibited.
• Fake accounts are not allowed.
• Illegal items may not be sold or transported.
• The platform reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity.
4. Suspension & Enforcement
Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned for fraud, abuse, theft, repeated violations, or illegal activity. Serious violations may also be reported to law enforcement authorities.
5. Disclaimer
CampusRun operates as a technology marketplace connecting users, vendors, and couriers. Vendors and couriers may operate independently, and CampusRun is not responsible for their independent actions beyond what is required by law.
Issue Resolution

1. Purpose
This process is designed to resolve disputes fairly and quickly, protect customers and couriers, reduce fraud and abuse, and maintain service quality and trust on the platform.
2. Types of Issues
We handle customer complaints (wrong items, non-delivery), courier complaints (buyer unreachable, payment disputes), and platform-related technical issues.
3. Reporting
Issues may be reported through in-app support, email support, or customer service. Reports should include: Order ID, description of the issue, photos or evidence where possible, and time/date of the incident.
4. Resolution Time Targets
Missing/Wrong Order: response within 30 minutes, resolved within 24 hours. Payment Problems: response within 1 hour, resolved in 1–3 business days. Courier Misconduct: response within 1 hour, resolved within 48 hours. Safety/Emergency Issues: immediate priority.
5. Resolution Outcomes
For Customers: Full refund, partial refund, account warning, replacement order, or delivery credits. For Couriers: Payment protection if falsely accused, warning or suspension for misconduct, or compensation review.
6. Fraud Prevention
CampusRun actively investigates fake refund requests, false "order not received" claims, fake courier completion reports, and payment fraud. Users involved in fraud may face permanent suspension, loss of funds, or legal action.
7. Emergency & Safety Incidents
Safety-related incidents should be reported immediately to local authorities and then to platform support at support@campusrun.online
