No. CampusRun is a peer-to-peer delivery network. We connect students who need items delivered with students who are willing to make the run — we don't own or operate any food vendors.
The courier buys the item first using their own funds, then delivers it to you. Once you confirm receipt with your unique code, the courier is instantly reimbursed plus their delivery fee.
Your payment is held in escrow from the moment you place your order. Funds are only released to the courier after you confirm delivery — your money stays safe throughout the entire process.
Yes — sign up on the CampusRun app and toggle to Courier mode. Verified Nile University students only. No startup costs, no schedules — just pick up runs when it suits you.
CampusRun is currently live at Nile University of Nigeria, Abuja. More campuses will be added based on demand and community growth.
If a courier accepts an order and fails to deliver, a formal resolution process is triggered. Your funds remain protected in escrow and the matter is investigated promptly by our support team.
A grace period is built in to protect couriers from being left out of pocket. If a buyer is genuinely unreachable after a confirmed delivery, the fair resolution process kicks in automatically.
